Pass the…(what?)
Get all the young people to sit in a circle. Tell them that they are going to pass an imaginary object around the circle. This object can be anything (Zebra, Pen, Television and so on).
After they have passed the object, you tell them whether they actually passed that object. They only pass the object if it starts with the first letter of your name. For Dan, it’s an object if you pass it saying ‘This is a donkey’. It’s not an object if you pass it saying ‘This is a football’.
The aim is for the players to work out how to get the naming of the imaginary object correct.
A variation to make it tricky would be to use the last letter of their name.
