In Jonah 1:4 we learn that a Christian’s sin causes:
Discipline – God sends a storm to wake Jonah up. He won’t let Jonah have peace in his sin.
Danger – Jonah’s sin affects others. The sailor’s lives are put in danger because of what Jonah has done.
