Different gatherings of the church can be used to perform a different role in the cultivation of corporate health – holiness, love, and sound doctrine.
Adult Education Hour: “the main equipping time… an integrated system of teaching that begins to equip members in the areas of basic Christianity for starters, living the Christian life, Old and New Testament overviews, systematic theology, church history and Christian growth.”
Sunday Morning Service: “the main feeding time… [and] the main weekly worship gathering of the church… this is where we read, preach, pray, sing, and see the Word of God together every week.”
Sunday Evening Service: “the main family time” where time is spent praying for the spiritual needs of members, evangelistic opportunities and so on.
Wednesday Evening Service: “the main study time… a time for the whole church to gather for inductive Bible study.”
